1. Provider and agreement

These Terms govern access to Qualitive and its Chatiso service. By creating an account, accessing the service or purchasing the template library, you agree to the Terms. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to do so.

2. Product scope

Chatiso supports natural-language ISO-related research and preparation resources. The separate template library currently advertises 205 ISO 9001:2015-related catalogue entries; preview and original-file availability vary. Features can differ between the library and the AI workspace.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account details accurate and credentials confidential. Do not attempt unauthorized access, evade usage limits, misuse content, infringe intellectual property rights, or introduce malicious material. Contact support about suspected account compromise.

4. Payment, delivery and access

The current template library is offered as a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for Paddle-processed orders. The final price, currency and any applicable tax appear before payment. Verified payment alone does not grant immediate original-file downloads; separate administrator approval and file licensing, readiness and integrity checks apply. Review pricing and delivery before ordering.

5. Template and intellectual-property rights

Branding, software, templates and source materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. Access permits only the uses expressly allowed in the applicable purchase and licence terms. Do not reproduce or redistribute official ISO publications or resell materials without appropriate rights.

6. No certification or professional advice

Chatiso is not a certification body, accreditation authority, auditor, or legal adviser. It does not issue ISO certificates or guarantee certification, compliance, or business outcomes. Responses and documents may be incomplete or unsuitable for a specific context; independently verify them and seek appropriate professional advice.

7. Availability, suspension and changes

The platform may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or technical reasons. Access can be restricted when necessary to protect the service or to address misuse or legal obligations, subject to applicable law and purchased rights.

8. Privacy, refunds and consumer rights

Review the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Paddle handles payment-related buyer enquiries for orders processed by Paddle, and product support remains available at support@qualitive.com.
