The current Chatiso template-library offer is a one-time purchase without automatic renewal. It does not include access to the separate AI workspace unless the checkout expressly says otherwise.

205 ISO 9001-related catalogue entries, including preparation documents such as procedures, registers, checklists and forms. Preview, format and original-file availability vary by item.

The displayed one-time price must match the live Paddle product and currency. Paddle will show applicable taxes and the final amount before you confirm payment. This offer does not automatically renew.

Purchase details must be published and the library enabled before accepting live orders. Contact support.

Delivery and entitlement

  1. Sign in to your library account.
  2. Complete one Paddle payment.
  3. Wait for server-side payment confirmation.
  4. Submit a separate administrator access request.
  5. Download only available, rights-cleared originals after approval.

Important: Payment does not grant instant or automatic download access: verified payment, separate administrator approval, and rights/integrity checks are required. If an original cannot be delivered, contact support about available remedies.

Billing and support

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. For refund and payment assistance, see the refund policy and your Paddle receipt. For product assistance email support@qualitive.com.

What happens after purchase?

  1. Confirm the current plan, one-time price, currency, and any applicable tax in the actual checkout.
  2. Wait for verified payment confirmation from Paddle.
  3. Sign in to your library account and request administrator approval.
  4. Access only the approved, rights-cleared original files that are available for delivery.

No hidden subscription

This currently integrated library offer is a one-time purchase without automatic renewal. Example Starter, Professional and Business subscription tiers from drafting materials are not live products. The AI workspace is not included unless a live checkout explicitly states otherwise.
