The dedicated library account system processes account name and email, password verifiers, optional password-reset tokens, login sessions and security records. Purchase status and Paddle transaction references are recorded to confirm entitlement; access decisions and downloads may be audited.
Payments
Checkout payment details are collected by Paddle, not by the Chatiso template library. Review Paddle's privacy information for Paddle's own handling of payment data.
Use and protection
Data supports account verification, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, administrator review and fulfilment. The commercial library is separated from Qualitive's existing RAG and Knowledge Graph components.

Paddle processes payment information for transactions handled through its checkout.

4. Queries and submitted information
Questions and content submitted to Chatiso may be processed to deliver answers. Actual AI providers, use for training, retention and related controls require verification and disclosure before this policy is treated as final.

Suppliers may provide hosting, storage, analytics, security, communication or AI features, and Paddle handles payment transactions. The complete provider list, locations of processing, international transfers and safeguards must be verified and published by the business.

Records are retained for operational, security, accounting, legal or dispute-resolution needs as applicable. The business must confirm specific retention periods and deletion procedures. Protective measures are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
