Does Chatiso issue ISO certification?
No. Chatiso is not a certification or accreditation body and does not guarantee certification.
Which templates are included?
The current library contains 205 ISO 9001:2015-related catalogue entries; not every original is automatically downloadable. Browse the live catalogue for exact categories and preview availability.
Is it a subscription?
The currently integrated template-library purchase is one-time, not recurring. No Starter, Professional or Business subscription tiers are sold through this checkout.
Can I download immediately after paying?
No. The server verifies Paddle payment, an administrator separately approves access, and each original must pass licensing and integrity checks.
Are these official ISO publications?
No. The templates are preparation aids, not official ISO standards or evidence of ISO endorsement. Review and adapt them for your actual organization.
How do refunds work?
Paddle processes payment-related refunds for Paddle purchases in accordance with its terms and applicable law. See our refund policy and your Paddle receipt.
Does buying templates include Chatiso AI?
No separate AI workspace entitlement is included unless expressly stated in the purchase details.
What if an original is unavailable?
Contact product support with your order reference. File availability depends on confirmed rights, storage integrity and customer approval.

Can I use templates without changes?
No. Templates are starting points. Review, adapt, approve and maintain them based on your organization’s activities and applicable requirements.
Does Chatiso guarantee certification?
No. Certification depends on implementation, evidence, scope, audit and the independent certification body.
How do I request help with billing or cancellation?
For this one-time offer there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Contact support@qualitive.com with the order reference or use the support link on your Paddle receipt.
Can I request a refund?
Review the published Refund & Cancellation Policy. Paddle manages refunds on Paddle-processed transactions according to its applicable policy and mandatory law.
